Bulk Trash Pickup
Bulk trash pickup MUST be scheduled through WM. Just sitting out a bulk item will not get it picked up.
Accepted materials vary by location, but common bulky, large, or heavy items include:
- Mattress & Box Springs
- Bed Frames
- Christmas trees
- Cabinets
- Sofa & Furniture Items
Schedule for Bulk Trash Pickup & Large Trash Removal | WM
Missed Trash Pickup
- Log in to My WM.
- On the My WM dashboard, navigate to the corresponding service card and click Details to view, if available, any photos or videos of your attempted pickup.
- If you are eligible to report a missed pickup online, click Missed Pickup and follow the steps to schedule a new pickup.
Missed pickups can only be reported for successful service attempts and within 5 days of the pickup.
