We are aware of recent confusion regarding the Town of Fortville’s online utility billing statements. Residential customer statements include additional language that should NOT appear (highlighted green in the picture) and may cause misunderstanding. This issue does not affect mailed paper bills. We have contacted our third-party vendor, Invoice Cloud, and they are actively working to resolve the matter.
