The Town is transitioning to our new utility billing software, BS&A Online.

As part of this transition, residents will have access to an improved online payment experience, with convenient options to view utility account information and pay online.

What Residents Need to Know Right Now

• Our new utility billing system has gone live.
• A new online payment portal is available.
• Residents who currently make payments online or use AutoPay may receive additional instructions regarding the new system.
• Depending on how many digits make up your account number, add 3-4 zeros in front of your account number to make it 10 digits.
• Please do not make any changes at this time.
• We will provide additional information, instructions, and links when it is available.

We appreciate your patience as our Utility Office makes this transition. Our staff is learning the new system and working hard to make the change as smooth as possible for our residents.
